Increasing the standards for screw rods and slide rails ensures high precision and rigidity, improves the output efficiency of processed parts, and saves labor costs. The three-axis selection uses ball screws and linear guides imported from Taiwan, which have high rigidity, low noise, low friction, and high sensitivity, and can improve processing speed and accuracy.  Drilling and attacking integrated machineIt is a new type of drilling and tapping equipment, with an effective stroke of up to 3000mm, 300mm, and 200mm. The diameter of the borehole ranges from 3mm to 16mm, and effective selection and customization of the machine model can be made according to different product requirements. The operation method of the CNC drilling and tapping machine is to first set the machining parameters on the CNC panel, perform the first simulation operation when starting the machine, and then perform the first actual operation after all the settings and operations are completed. The strength operation is to drill holes first, so the tapping operation is carried out after the drilling operation is completed.
